Brunia is a mixed farming estate in Walker Bay's Sondagskloof valley, where brothers Brett and Wade Sander have pursued organic and biodynamic viticulture since acquiring the property in 2016, naming their boutique wines after the rare Silver Brunia wildflower that flourishes across the farm's pristine fynbos landscape. Bounded by the Koueberg and Tafelberg mountains, the estate prioritizes soil health and sustainable practice to cultivate grapes of carefully crafted quality in this distinctive coastal terroir.
