Perched on the elevated slopes of Helderberg Mountain near Stellenbosch, Pink Valley Wines is the first South African venture of the French Oddo family, who since 2018 have devoted themselves to crafting a singular expression of rosé wine inspired by the work of South African abstract painter Walter Battiss. The estate welcomes visitors to its tasting lounge for wine and food experiences set against breathtaking mountain views, drawing on both local and international selections alongside their own carefully considered blend.
